Method 1: Downloading Youtube Music/Song On Android (Part 1)

This method is applicable if you are using android because most of the android devices lack screen recording option that’s why you have to install a screen recorder which makes the process longer that’s why This method will be easy for you.

In order to download youtube music/song or any video follow below steps: 

Step by Step Guide with Screenshots

• Open YouTube and search for the desired music.
• Once the video appears in the search results, tap on the three dots below the video on the right side.
• From the options that appear, select “Share.”
• In the sharing options, tap on “Copy Link.”
• Open Chrome or Google and type “ytmp3.nu/I0uU” in the address bar.
• Tap on the search bar on the website and paste the copied YouTube link.
• Click on “Convert.”
• After conversion, click on “Download.”
• The music will be successfully downloaded to your phone.

Method 1: Adding Youtube Music to Inshot on Android: Part 2 (with Screenshots)

I hope so far followed each step and have successfully downloaded your music, now it’s time to add that music in inshot:

To add youtube music in InShot:

• Open InSho.
• Import/Add video that you want to edit.
• Tab on “Music Icon”.
• Select the “My Music” option.
• Select the recently downloaded song, and Tab on the “USE” option to add it to your video.
• Reduce the volume of the original video to “0” by tapping on track row below music. 
• Adjust the volume, click on the tick mark to confirm your changes.
• Play the video to test and preview the changes you’ve made.
• Tab on Tick mark to save settings.
• Lastly, tab on Save option to save edited video.

Method 2: Downloading Youtube Music/Song On iPhone: (Part 1)

The method we have followed above can’t be applicable with iPhone so that’s why we will choose different option to add youtube music to InShot on iPhone

Step by Step Method of Adding Youtube Music to Inshot on iPhone.

• Open Youtube.
• Use the search bar to find and play the desired song, e.g., “Let Me Love You.”
• Access Control Center by swiping up, then tap the screen recording icon.
• Start playing the song on Youtube while the screen recording is active.
• To stop recording, return to the Control Center and tap the screen recording icon.
• Check the message confirming the recording is saved to your Photos app.

Method 2: Adding Youtube Music to Inshot on iPhone: Part 2 (with Screenshots)

The next after screen recording of your desired music is, adding the same youtube music to InShot: To do this follow the below steps:

• Open InShot App.
• Import video that you want to edit.
• Tab on “Music Icon” then Select “Music+” option.
• Choose “Extract Audio from Video“.
• Select Recorded Video to add it to your video.
• Adjust the Video and tap on the Tick icon.
• Locate the video clip below the music row. Click on it and reduce the volume to “0” to mute the original video soundtrack. 
• Click on the tick mark to confirm your changes.
• Play the video to test and preview the changes you’ve made.
• Tab on Tick mark to save settings.
• Then Tab on Export option given on the above right corner.
• Lastly, tab on Save option to save edited video.
